We have less than two weeks to go until the First City Festival kicks off its sophomore year at the Monterey County Fairgrounds on Aug. 23.
Two days of more than 30 bands, including Beck, The National, Dawes and Best Coast, three stages, unlimited free amusement rides, a beer garden, a Beat Swap Meet and two days of Puddles Pity Party.
If your scared of clowns, your initial reaction may be to steer clear of this entertainer, but you would miss out on one of the most unique talents you may ever see perform in your lifetime.
Meet Puddles, "a giant sad clown with a golden voice."
