A: Eat a bunch of chocolate-chip cookies that aren’t part of my diet, but my daughter made them.

Muscle Up: I can’t give up my Zero Ultra Monster Energy drink. It’s my favorite.

A: Getting a “four-by-four” at In-N-Out. There might’ve been a milkshake and animal fries too. What can I say? I felt like In-N-Out.

Sweet Treat: I can’t give up Häagen-Dazs coffee ice cream. It’s like 50-percent saturated fat and it’s amazing.

A: Meal prepping. I got all my stuff in advance and made brown rice salads.

Hidden Snack: Mint Oreos. I get them every three weeks and then I hide them under my bed so no one else eats them.
