The Life Time Sea Otter Classic wrapped up its four-day run on Sunday, April 19, with organizers noting a record number of participants in the various events and a boost in industry professionals and media.

According to founder and Event Director Frank Yohannan, the event saw a 30-percent increase in industry professionals attending and 44-percent more media on site compared to 2025.

"What makes the Sea Otter Classic so special is that sense of connection—between brands and riders, pros and fans, families and friends,” he said. “It’s been a phenomenal four days, and I couldn’t be prouder of what we’ve all built together.”

New this year was the trail run through Fort Ord National Monument on Saturday, April 18, which saw more than 700 runners take part. The Enduro race expanded into Toro County Park, while the Brompton World Championships returned after an eight-year hiatus—Alexander Akins of Monterey won the men’s field and Robin Betz of Redwood City claimed the women’s title.
