Pebble Beach Food & Wine famously draws some of the most celebrated chefs and winemakers in the country.
Their formidable foodstuffs and world-class wines provide plenty of inspiration to attend.
Another motivation often goes overlooked: people watching.
So this year the talented Daniel Eli Dronsfield made that a primary goal, compiling an extended sequence of video portraits.
They appear here—DJs and debutantes, tastemakers and scenemakers, wine lovers and food nerds and an occasional chef too, wearing everything from turbans to aprons to dancing shoes.
The next PBFW lingers only 226 days away.
For those appetites which can't wait, Los Angeles Food & Wine, brought to the plate by the same Coastal Luxury Management team who does PBFW, happens Aug. 27-30.
