There are Jersey cheesesteaks, Philly cheesesteaks, pizza cheesesteaks and chicken cheesesteaks.
There are chicken Parmesan sandwiches, Italian sausage sandwiches, pepper-and-egg sandwiches and house-roasted turkey sandwiches.
There are calzones and salads, soups and potato/macaroni/pasta salad sides.
There are "crab" fries, garlic fries, gravy fries, duck fries and Philly cheese fries.
There are Philly soft pretzels and Vic's Lemon Pies.
There are on tap beers, on tap wines and on tap craft sodas too.
(The sandwiches, which run large, are around $10-$11; same for the salads; the fries start at $3.75.)
But most importantly, at Boardwalk Sub Shop there are brothers importing their favorite foods from their original home to a Monterey food shed that enjoyed the Philly-Atlantic City-deli-submarine sandwich thing for a good while.
Check out photos of the nicely redone space, which was formerly Maha's and Bird on a Wire, among others, at right, and learn more about the inspiration and execution of the idea with this week's "Boardwalk Sub Shop realizes a dream for three brothers."
The Boardwalk Sub Shop website is also now live.
