Signature Dish: The California Burger
This is what Friar Tuck’s is all about! Carmel’s best hamburgers (since 1978). These are the big, juicy, five-napkin variety, made daily with the freshest ground beef. The California Burger is one-third pound, served open-faced, deluxe style with lettuce, tomato, onion and pickles on a sesame bun. Burger is topped with a choice of cheese, fresh avocado slices and two strips of crisp bacon. Served with choice of fries, potato salad, salad or onion rings. All for $8.95.
