Espinosa Road at Highway 183 in Castroville will close for three days beginning Wednesday, Dec. 3 to allow Union Pacific to repair the railroad that crosses through the road.
Espinosa Road is a busy cut-through for commuters traveling from the Monterey Peninsula and Santa Cruz County to North Salinas.
Motorists are advised to seek alternative routes during that time.
The road is planned to open on Saturday, Dec. 6.
