Like a cleansing breath, these yoga studios keep expanding: from Seaside into Pacific Grove, and just last summer, into Salinas. Each of the three locations offers a free community class every week. That’s part of owner Laura McKinnon’s commitment to making yoga accessible to everyone. There are classes in about a dozen schools of yoga, from Soma to Vinyasa – plus prenatal, postnatal, yoga for kids, yoga for seniors and more. Ahhh.
