A: I make sure I go for walks. Here in Monterey, I’ve been walking by Fisherman’s Wharf. It’s very interesting to watch the people and the water.

Blend In: I love green smoothies – they’re so easy to make, and they’re really healthy.

A: Play football and paintball. It lets me release a lot of pent-up aggression.

Pass The Salad: I don’t eat fruits, vegetables or any kind of greens. Give me a big steak and I’m happy.

Going Green: I like any sort of salad, but if I had to pick one I’d say chicken salad – the one with the greens.
