A: Being myself. I’m comfortable in a variety of settings and I can consistently be me, regardless of the situation.
Say What: Listening to opposing viewpoints and being more receptive. It’s hard to listen when you don’t agree.

Zonked Out: Sleeping! As I age I have more and more trouble sleeping.
