Mahi-mahi, dungeness crab and artichoke seafood pasta are current specials that will make your flippers curl. But on any given day you can enjoy their beloved ginormous barbecued oysters, signature creamy crab cakes, shrimp spinach salad with a honey sesame vinaigrette, cioppino and the decadent bananas Foster which is a fiery tableside show. You may know that Chef/Owner David DiGirolamo’s father and mother are of Sicilian and Japanese descent, and both cultures speak true to his food, Sicilian with a hint of Japanese flair. But I bet you didn’t know that, like In-N-Out, they too offer a secret menu like steamed rice as a side item and, my personal go-to since the mid ’90s, a mind-blowing chicken fettuccine Alfredo. Not creamy but heavy on the cheese and garlic side in a great way.
