In a strange sight, the City County Building became a battle of prosecutors: Don Kleine vs. Fred Franklin.
Special prosecutor Fred Franklin led the grand jury that indicted Jake Gardner in the May 30 killing of James Scurlock. Gardner killed himself Sunday in Oregon.
