In what could be a last-ditch effort to clean up some of the junkyards in Moss Landing, the county planning commission this week voted unanimously to give Dolan Development Partners-owners of five parcels of land near the ecologically sensitive Elkhorn Slough-one week to complete certain grading requirements.
