A little dog named Dusty Springfield was a crowd favorite at the annual Pacchetti Dog Park Harvest Festival on Saturday, Oct. 17, in Seaside. About 20 dogs participated in the dog costume contest, which helps raise money for the park, run entirely by volunteers. As cute as Dusty was, the winner was a dog dressed as Chucky, the terrifying knife-wielding doll. Photographed with an iPhone 14 Pro.
