They feed you and treat you like family at Michael’s. It’s actually part of their mantra: “We feed this stuff to our kids—it’s got to be good.” And that mantra continues with why this stuff is so good: Rice, beans, sauces, salsas and chips are prepped fresh every day; produce is bought fresh and whole, then prepped in the kitchen; all meats and fish are broiled or blackened to order. And then the cooks combine all that good, fresh stuff to dazzling effect, in burritos, fajitas, platters and more.
