ASBC transformed a pigeon-pooped corpse of a theater into a bustling emporium of house-brewed elixirs and house-smoked tasso ham. It helped seed and lead the sidewalk seating revolution in downtown Monterey, provided a synergistic neighbor for Golden State Theatre (and its new leadership), and became a gorgeous new anchor for the entire Alvarado Street main drag. Business is good.
