Sure, this county has some great breakfast joints that whip up fluffy omelets, satisfying pancakes and lick-your-lips skillets, but there’s a real eruption of flavor happening over at Marina’s Coffee Mia. I’m talking about the egg volcano, a mountain of egg, meat and cheese topped with an explosion of salsa, sour cream and avocado. A terrifying geological phenomenon never tasted so good.
