Signature Dish: Pasta Calogero
This popular dish was inspired by Calogero, a dear friend and restaurant owner in Sicily. It’s a delightful seafood medley served over capellini. It begins with sauteed garlic and shallots in extra virgin olive oil. Add to that crab, rock shrimp, Manila clams, mussels, chopped Roma tomatoes, butter, white wine and clam broth.
