A: Right now. I get discouraged when people will not purchase a sweet candy at a healthy farmer’s market.

Big Break: A toffee-brittle cookie. I want my Brittle Star Candy to be big.

A: Kindness is best when it is least expected. It is more appreciated at that moment.

Scrumptious Contrast: I would invent a pistachio and coconut cookie. I like the idea of a salty and sweet combo.

A: I think we need kindness every moment in our life. Anything else is unacceptable.

Exotic Blend: A red adzuki bean, rosemary, macadamia nut and chocolate chip cookie. Nothing like that has been made here.
