A: I’m beer person. There’s less of a hangover with beer.
Elusive Quality: I like pale ales for the taste. I don’t even know how to describe what I like about it, but it was an acquired taste.

A: Wine. I just love how grapes go through the process of becoming wine.
Good Company: Enjoying it with friends and a football game. It’s a bit of both [taste and setting]. I like something nice and bold.

A: I like both. I like the taste of wine and its subtleties. And beer is just great.
Water Wise: Good water makes good beer, and great water makes great beer. Natural spring water from an artisanal well would be the best.
