>> The play War Horse won five Tonys in 2011 including Best Play, and is based on the novel by Michael Morpurgo, also the source for Steven Spielberg’s Oscar nominated movie of the same name. It’s the story of a boy and his horse separated in World War I. The play is showing at Lighthouse Cinemas (525 Lighthouse Ave., Pacific Grove) 1pm Sunday and 6:30pm Wednesday. 643-1333.
