As owner Heather Story-Lagas explains, Massage Envy’s mission is to get people to integrate massage into their regular wellness routine by providing professional spa services at convenient times and at affordable rates. “Because massage should be available to everyone,” she says. “It shouldn’t be an elitist thing you can only afford to do once a year on vacation.” All first-time clients receive a $49, full-body one-hour massage. Like it? Sign up for a $59-a-month membership, which includes one massage a month (subsequent massages cost $49 an hour). Non-members pay $98 an hour. Plus, the spa just launched a lavender sugar foot scrub, which guests can add to a massage for $10.
