At Carmel Beach, the sugar-white sands, twisted cypress trees and electric-mouthwash-colored ocean conspire to form Monterey County’s most strikingly beautiful beach. These features also create the ideal stage to view the daily drop of California’s golden sun into the Pacific. Our canine friends might not notice the sublime characteristics of Carmel Beach, but they do love a place where they can run free, splash in the ocean and smell their friends.
