While speed bumps can be an effective way to force folks to slow their roll, this ain’t that. Hour after hour, day after day we watch the clown cars either drive 50 right up to the bump and slam on their brakes for a death-defying feat or don’t even bother to brake and just swerve around the humps at 50 like they’re playing Mario Kart.
