The work and life schedules of a professional yoga instructor can be a movable feast. When one finds a great yoga instructor, those students tend to follow closely. Gina Puccinelli is just this type of yoga teacher, who lives and breathes the lifestyle. She teaches in-person classes at the Monterey Sports Center, Atagol Fitness and the Sally Griffin Center. Classes are also offered via Zoom (Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday) and she can also be booked for private yoga sessions and movement therapy workshops. Don’t have time for any of that, Gina has a dedicated Youtube channel for yoga anytime.
