At one point in history there was a forge. Towns in the Old West needed one. But now it's far better to have a restaurant—especially one as friendly as The Forge, with it's far-ranging yet comfortable menu, extensive wine cellar, forested patios and outdoor fireplaces. And if that is not enough, The Forge is famous for its “canine cuisine.” Dogs are taken seriously here (there is a special menu just for the pets) and often come for hot dogs, burgers, chicken and New York steak.
