Formerly the Carmel Burger Bar on the ground floor of Carmel Plaza, JeJu Kitchen emerged this year as a standout among the new Korean restaurants in Monterey County. Proprietor Ashley Wolff has created a menu filled with recipes handed down through the generations of women in her family, and captures fresh flavors that make the most of the local abundance of produce.
