This is one of those places where you wish there was a chicken in every pot… except that it wouldn’t leave any place to stir the gravy. It probably stands to reason that a kitchen that can do flaky biscuits and a rich cream gravy Southern-style could also fry up a crispy, juicy piece of chicken (make that plural pieces – it’s not a place you leave hungry). They do it at this Seaside sensation. And they don’t even need 11 herbs and spices to get it right. They only use eight in the chicken dredge. Read the voters’ lips, and they’ll tell you these dishes are good.
