The destination restaurant celebrates 25 years in 2020 and the kitchen appeals to a broad constituency, thanks to an inspired seasonal menu that includes small plates, shared plates and entrees. It’s exciting when the torch is passed to a new menu item, so you keep coming back. Of course, there’s always Chef Tony Baker’s 48-hour bacon. And Chef Justin Robarge’s flair. Oh, and a happy hour with Anthony Vitacca’s memorable cocktails. So it’s a square deal for all.
