It only takes one visit to realize that the line for a table is worth the wait at Crema. Breakfast food here is as serious as a convention: brunch is on the menu all day, seven days a week. It’s the only thing on the menu, in fact, but the options come aplenty. The usual suspects come in many forms, like benedicts with crab cakes and avocado, calamari and eggs, or sausage gravy on your chicken and waffles. A handful of Mexican favorites stand out too, namely huevos rancheros or the beloved chili verde.
