For a while now, this photo gallery and collective has been firing on all cylinders, with lectures and presentations by leading artists, gorgeous shows curated and hung with meticulous care and catalogs and print sales that put the work into the reach of many. Since Ann Jastrab has taken over the executive director seat vacated by Brian Taylor, she sees her mandate as doing more of the same, continuing and expanding on that legacy. Case in point: the gorgeous, elemental environment-focused Here on Earth exhibition, and the 25th-anniversary celebration of Linda Connor and her book Luminance.
