Heading to the Monterey County Fair with your little space invaders can make you work up quite the appetite. While they get ready to blast off in the Gravitron, enjoy any number of quick snacks on a stick—from corn dogs to cotton candy to those spiral cut spuds impaled on a stick before frying and everything in between. Food on a stick may not make it to outer space; the fried stuff, especially, probably would lose its crisp out in the void.
