If you have small children, you probably know your way around Monterey County’s tot lots, from the tired corner park with broken glass in the sand to the promised land, Dennis the Menace. But wait – what’s this? A big, beautiful park with a three-story play structure, a toddler jungle gym and a climbing boulder? How did you not know about this park?! While your mini maniacs bounce around like pinballs, you post a delighted Instagram. Then you check out the Google Reviews: “This park is for the EXCLUSIVE use of DoD personnel and their guests. Don’t come here if you don’t belong; we will call the MPs.” Whoops.
