“I’m great at nothing, but good at just about everything,” Steb Montez says. It’s a modest self-assessment that translates to diverse sounds and skills. He’s a programmer and host at one of the locals’ favorite radio stations, KRML. He’s also one of the minds behind the post-1am innovative nacho concoctions at Nacho Bizness, a small hotspot next to the Bulldog (if you want to check out the best darts). The hardworking Pagrovian even founded his own company, Creative Media Design Studio. Turns out, Montez is great at something: The Renaissance man thrives as DJ Steb Montez when he’s mixing on the fly, controlling the mood of the dance floor.
