Baja Cantina is the big dog in Carmel Valley thanks to a colorful ambiance serving comfort food like “flamin’ fajitas” skillets and “gourmet” fusion enchiladas (like the one stuffed with rosemary chicken and topped with a rosemary sauce). Breakfast burritos are in demand here, but their three-egg “cooked your way” rancheros steal the brunch show, smothered in their ranchero sauce and topped with fresh guac, pico de gallo and sour cream.
