When the new In-N-Out in Seaside opened on March 22, 2016, the cult restaurant was packed by 9am and multiple police officers were managing traffic on Del Monte Avenue. That popularity is hard to beat, especially when it comes loaded with animal stylings and on a Double-Double (or Triple-Triple) with a Neapolitan shake, for under $10.
