Born in Mexico, De Luna first worked his way up from busboy to wine director at Pacific’s Edge before traveling Europe and joining award-winning teams in cities like Las Vegas and San Francisco. At 1833 since 2014, De Luna has brought a new level of wine appreciation to a historic establishment with great drinks.
