Since 1982, the folks at Rising Star have taught everyone from tots to adults the art of gymnastics. Classes like TNT (Tumbling & Trampoline), Ninja Zone and Sports Agility teach budding gymnasts discipline and build self-esteem. Mini-Mes can jump onto a mini trampoline to sail into the huge foam block pit or do flips along the bouncy trampoline-style runways. There’s even an adult drop-in night that lets the grown-ups live out those childhood Olympic fantasies involving pommel horses and balance beams, sparkly outfits not required.
