Co-owners Todd and James purchased Easy Street Billiards 20 months ago. Before that, they were patrons of the billiards mecca. Their love of the game shows in their upkeep of their dozen handmade, 9-foot pool tables: They get waxed once a week, vacuumed two to three times a week, and re-covered every six months. In addition to that level of care, Todd attributes their customers’ love of their place to the intrinsic fun of the game, and the focus on customer service. That would include things like military appreciation Sundays and ladies’ night Mondays, happy hour, bar food, beer, wine and various flavors of Soju, and cigar service, memberships, tournaments and free darts. Those are enticing perks for players of all levels.
