When life is coming too fast at you—when your mind won’t get off the hamster wheel of tasks, doubts and fears—that’s when you most need to take a deep breath and put the mental hamster on pause. Seaside Yoga Sanctuary offers classes in more than a dozen styles, from hatha to iyengar to restorative. It hosts weekend workshops, free community days and teacher training courses. Fees are drop-in, bulk or monthly unlimited. But the sanctuary has become more than a wide-ranging yoga studio with three locations; it’s a community with heart. Owner Laura McKinnon leads it with love. And we love her back.
