Every superhero needs to resupply now and again on necessary equipment like sturdy shoes, lightweight rain gear, many-flavored power bars, hydration systems and sturdy trekking poles. Missions, especially those that take superheros into the wilderness, are just more enjoyable when comfortable. Being warm and dry—in the mountains, beach, snow or desert—allows the superhero to focus on having fun. Last we checked, REI didn’t offer invisibility capes, but you can find just about everything else you might need for an expedition, and friendly, knowledgeable staff eager to help.
