Gloria Al Tamimi, co-owner of the market, says that while the countries in the world are divided, there is no favoritism or separation on the shelves of her store. All items are equally delicious and equally presented. Al Tamimi says foreign students frequent the store seeking imported tastes from home, and fresh goods from the deli.
