Nestled in the heart of downtown Carmel, the Carmel Art Association is the second-oldest art gallery in the nation and has been granting the public access to amazing art produced by local artists since 1927. By rotating exhibitions every month, the CAA has been able to showcase over 100 local artists in their five galleries as well as maintain a fresh and diverse environment to appreciate local and contemporary art. The CAA is a non-profit organization that allows its large exhibition space to be used by members for their work and sponsors film series, lectures, concerts, art demonstrations and special fundraising events.
