Henry’s BBQ

The folks over at Henry’s have been smokin’ up some of the tastiest b-to-the-b-to-the-q in town for nearly a decade. A plate of Hawaiian-style pulled pork dripping in its own smokey broth goes great with a heaping side order of potato salad and a basket of crispy fries. Other winners include a dry-rubbed sirloin slow roasted over oakwood and mesquite until fall-apart tender, and pork spare ribs – sold by the full, half and one-third of a rack – made all the more delectable by Henry’s homemade sauce. Combo plates are available for the indecisive, including a meaty four-item smorgasbord for just $20.
