One afternoon I was out biking, miles from home, enjoying the beautiful day. Until my flat. I don’t do flats. I started walking. A number of cars went by me. Until my white knight: a salesperson with a client test driving a Toyota RAV4. My bike and I got a lift home. There is a stereotype when it comes to car salesmen – that they are schemers out to make a buck at any cost. At Victory Toyota, it is all about customer service and taking care of any problem or concern, which in my case, extended to helping someone in need along the road. They went the extra mile in building their new facility too. It opened in April 2013 and is LEED certified, not something too many dealerships can boast. It has a big showroom and a covered service drive for inclement weather. They offer free coffee and fresh donuts from local favorite Red’s.
