Take it from all the bands that invited them to play on bills every weekend in January. Pacific Grove-based Pipsqueak’s modernized take on ’60s garage rock is part Black Lips, part The Sonics and 100-percent accessible, with a thick cloud of fuzz and tube amp. It helps that they dress like 1950s hipsters from Planet David Lynch.
