Don’t stop beliieeeevin’… that the Britannia Arms Pub is the best karaoke joint in MoCo. Because it still is. Weekly readers’ favorite maintains its title this year, and for good reason. One of those reasons: Bobby Vegas. The longtime host is known for drawing the crowds to this thrice weekly (Tuesday, Wednesday and Sunday) event, and for getting that crowd – everyone from college kids to tourists – to sing their hearts out. If you’ve got a request Vegas doesn’t have, he’ll try to accommodate you next time. Or you can bring in your own tune to rock out to. So what’re you waiting for? Grab the mic and hit those high notes. But in music, as in life, it isn’t about where your voice is going. It’s about the Journey.
