Since the Basin Complex Fire in the summer of 2008, BSK has been the go-to source for information in the Big Sur community, whether a road falls into the ocean, a swath of the wilderness starts smoking or burning, or a heavy-hitting storm is dumping buckets of rain onto unsuspecting tourists and hearty locals.
