Alicia Hahn Peterson has a lot of things to say about her co-worker and longtime friend Aengus. He’s friendly, genuine, truly gregarious, a total epicurean, a brilliant sommelier, and a do-gooder who helps out with community fundraisers. That’s why Monterey County diners love him.
