Last year, Nor Cal won in the Best Head Shop category. This year they light up the Best Vape Store category—I say tomato, you say tomahto. The owner says that they have everything for your vaping needs. “We have a very large selection of vapes and mods for all different people and price ranges. But people really come back for the customer service,” he says. By way of proof, he adds, “Dude, I have to get off the phone. I’m slammed with customers.” Do your thing, man. Do your thing.
